It worked for 30 minutes after installation. Then it turned off and didn't turn on again. I have to dismantle it and throw it away. . "Thank you" .... When I placed the order, by mistake and due to the use of a bad program, the amount was charged to me 4 times. I requested that 3 of the 4 payments be refunded to my account. Although on March 26th I was notified that the refund was approved, I have not received anything in my account. You have me listed with a balance of 223.2. Why is my refund not being processed? I did not request points

Unable to charge because the charger does not comply with European standards. I therefore ask you for an immediate refund as well as an address to make the return. Why do you remind me to give an opinion that it is impossible for me to provide you because no charge is possible your charger does not meet European standards. I therefore request an immediate refund. Greetings Jean-Jacques.

The oscilloscope works, for such a baby it is even very good, the power supply is an external 9V power supply (not included), but it is possible to connect a small 3.7V + package to the motherboard, add a micro charger module to it, and we have a fully functional portable mini oscilloscope :-). Unfortunately, the probe plug came to me damaged :-( but that's not a problem either :-) Overall, I recommend this equipment ...

Ordered 16mm bore. Gear wheel with 14mm bore was delivered. Had to order the gear wheel because an accessory from Joom for the angle grinder was already supplied with the 14mm gear wheel. However, I need one with a 16mm hole for the other accessories. Now I have two wrong gears and the accessory still doesn't work. Am very upset.

It was not possible to contact customer service through the website (or any other method) for a working replacement or refund; the active buttons were not present. The item did not work and had damaged parts inside. I would not use this site again. I will try to get a refund through the credit card I used.

I don't know if in the PRC they can notice the difference when a customer orders a lid for a fishing line with a diameter of 8 cm and receives a lid with a diameter of 6 cm, one mistake is understandable, but the same mistake twice, I understand that you don't like me very much, but I don't know why, the product it's ok, but the company is a misunderstanding
