Hello I received the package well, however I found pieces of broken plastic inside the bag and indeed there is a broken part and my robot cannot or malfunctions with this broken part. This is the first time I've ordered from you and I am quite disappointed. How do you plan to remedy this problem?. Attention all plastic parts touch each other in the bag which must have caused the breakage Thank you

These tools are really very ingenious. I won't be able to live without it ! Square very well for adjustment, openwork shapes perfect for embroidery designs, but also for drawing. I am delighted that JOOM offers quality products and sellers who have a sense of the needs and benefits of their work. thank you very much. Colette

This Socket Did Not Fit My Standard Angle Grinders Because The Size Was Too Small You Should Have Sent Sockets That Would Fit The Standard Angle Grinders These Are Totally Useless And A Complete Waste Of Money And Time I Won't Be Purchasing These Ever Again From Your Company You Should Have Made Sure They Fit Standard Angle Grinders
