Unfortunately the item was damaged by DHL! I waited 4 weeks, instead of just sending me the item again, I get a refund!! Well, the item is now €4 more expensive than when I ordered it! That's just crap, it's the only word I can write, reality words are different!!! Why is it not possible to send the item to me again?? Waited more than 4 weeks for NOTHING. And since I would like to have the article, I should now pay even more! Thanks, thanks for nothing. Underground bad.

The machine isn't working. We've tried it using batteries and the adapter, and the machine just beeps, then turns off. (edit) We got the machine to work. It has to be properly connected, and all of the pads have to be placed on the skin in order for it to work. If you are using the cable with 4 pads, all 4 must be stuck on to the skin. The quality of the machine (the plastic, the intensity wheel) isn't the greatest, but for this price is as expected.

I love these! They're softer than anything I've ever used to remove old skin, not abrasive at all but they still remove a lot more than I can by hand (my skin has issues with retaining dead skin cells and is also very delicate, so peeling isn't helpful. These sponges are my best option, so I got a few more because my wife now wants one, too!

Not as described. The gun looks like a plastic toy. It runs and hums like a drill. He does not inject the product because it drips all over the face from the ampoule. As for the second order. In the description, the hyaluronic acid pen gun. And you get a syringe and a needle for the pen. Misleading buyers.
