I have now tried the tablets for 3 days and found that the best effect is achieved with 2 tablets at a time in the morning and afternoon. I take them before meals and have no side effects such as nausea, tachycardia, headaches, etc. but hunger is noticeably reduced. Like any other "remedy" it only brings something parallel to a calorie reduction and more exercise. I'm really happy with the effect so far.

It doesnt seem to be original… the container, the pills, the label outside the container does not match the original I bought a couple of years ago! I opened one of the two containers to give it a shot and keep track of the results and benefits! I’ll update this soon
