The heel is short and makes them very comfortable, and just the end is transparent. They came super well packed, and it took about 25 days more or less. The product is obviously genuine leather, the finish very good as well as the color. However, I am disappointed with the product I bought because it arrived with stains, very dirty and giving the impression that it is a second hand item and not a new one. This is the first time that Joom has sent me a package in this condition, it's as if quality control is not carried out upstream before sending the product to customers, it's unacceptable.

The shoes look nice and the size fits even though I ordered a size up. My shoe size is 37, I ordered these in 38. Another thing would be that they stink like a beast. I put the shoes out, but that didn't change anything. But I'll still wear them, let's see if the smell stays as strong.
