1. Parcel was not handed to me, but left behind at my front door. It lay there unattended. I found it later in good order, so no complaint. Several unknown persons have passed by the parcel and left it untouched. 2. My apartment number is 80. On the address line, the digits 8 (eight) and 0 (zero) are printed very similarly. The digit 0 (zero) has a diagonal, almost horizontal stripe through it. This makes the digit 0 (zero) look similar to the digit 8 (eight). The delivery person figured it out correctly and placed the parcel at the right front door. The delivery person had my personal name, which is printed on the parcel and on my front door, to check they made the right decision. Perhaps the difference between the digits 8 (eight) and 0 (zero) could be made clearer. This means the stripe through the digit 0 (zero) should be more diagonal.
The product is certainly of excellent quality, but it is not suitable for a 2019 Kia Sportage as stated in the advertisement. In fact, the 2019 Kia Sportage has a square-shaped button-control on the driver's and also the passenger's door handle, whereas this one that was sent to me by Joom has an almost rhomboidal or squashed square shape and therefore it's not suitable. This mirror set does not fit. The mirror caps are the same size. I have a right-hand drive car, and the passenger mirror is slightly larger. They have not allowed for this very big mistake. Tried to get a refund and Joom just takes you around in circles. Do not buy this!
The product does not correspond at all to the one in the catalog at the time of ordering: not the right size (half as big: therefore ridiculous) / not the right material / not the right price, compared to the product sent (much too expensive. I wish for a refund.
I received the wrong CANBUS module. The one I got does not match the one shown in the product photo. It is incompatible with my head unit and does not work properly with my Mitsubishi ASX. I need the correct CANBUS module as shown in the listing.
