Hello, The product was received on July 16th. I have already submitted a refund request twice. The first request was rejected because I did not reply within the required timeframe. However, I submitted my second refund request on August 10th, which was still within the 30-day refund period. Poor quality item: I tried to wear these sandals for the first time. While adjusting the strap to make them fit tighter, the buckle broke. I hadn’t even forced it—I was simply trying to put the strap through the hole in the leather. It turns out that the “metal” buckle is actually made of plastic, which is clearly very poor-quality material. Additionally, the sole of the sandals is completely flat, with no anatomical or contoured foot shape. This makes them ergonomically uncomfortable and provides poor support for the feet, making them unsuitable for extended use.. The sandals have never been worn, and the fact that the buckle broke before I could even use them demonstrates the poor quality of the product. I’m also concerned that the buckle on the other sandal could break in the same way. For these reasons, I request a full refund. The product is defective/poor quality and has never been used.
