The item arrived yesterday (July 3rd 2025). At first sight - or should I say smell - seems great thanks. The delivery information has been RUBBISH. Umpteen updates whilst in Korea (that's my understanding) then a relative quiet. Tracking code provided no information. The new tracking code (presumably for UK delivery agent) didn't provide any information - no goods/code found. Then 'out of the blue' the item arrived yesterday - thank you. However - just to add to the confusion - I receive an email today (early on July 4th) with the following information:- =========================================================================== Expected delivery update There's been a little hiccup, but your package IT303330361GB is on its way! Expect it by 19.08.2025. As a thank you for your patience, enjoy a discount coupon for your next purchase! =========================================================================== In all honesty less almost USELESS information (10-15 notifications before it left Korea) and more accurate information when there is something useful to say - i.e. it's in the UK, cleared customs and now with UK shipper and expect to deliver (say2-3 Days).

I've received my order today. Delivery was a bit faster than expected and i am really happy about the international tracking system the store used. The product itself arrived intact, only external packaging was lightly dented, probably because of how it has been handeled in transit but it is to be expected. I decided to order 3 packs which contain each 3 small bags of 10 sachets to take for about 3 months, as the manufacturer advises. Taste wise, taken without any water, just as is, it has a sweet, berry like taste, somewhat powdery but not as bad as other powder suppliments. I've been looking for a good BB Cream for a long time. The previous ones always seemed like a mask. The product definitely smells really good. You don't need much either, because the cream is very economical. That on my finger has already been too much. Shipping took 2 weeks. I find them really great when dosed correctly. 5⭐️

I like the cream, but I only received 35 ml instead of 50 ml (as in the description). I paid the same money and got 15 ml less, unfair. Also, it came very late. It took more than 3 weeks. I placed the order on 22.06 and received it on 16.07

Order 5GQQY7V6 (2 pieces), I ordered and paid for 2 pieces. I only received 1 piece as can be seen in the attached photos. How do you solve the problem??????? You need to send the rest of the order WAIT FOR RESPONSE !!!!!!!! PS: in 3 photographs the number of packages is clearly visible: 1 !!!!!!!!!

I ordered a product and it came with another one, if the packaging changes, it has to be prevented, right? This is the first time I've received from Korea and it doesn't match. Only Indians do that. You feel like people write that they also receive a small gift. But nothing for me. Too bad, I'm starting to get disappointed.
