Puma - Men' Shoes - Future 7 Play Mxsg 107940-01 44

Puma Future 7 Play MxSG 107940-01 are football boots designed primarily for soft and wet natural grass. Unlike classic FG studs, the soleplate uses a combination of cast and metal studs to better perform on muddy surfaces.

The upper has a low profile and uses synthetic materials combined with flexible fragments. The surface texture has been designed to increase control when in contact with the ball, and the construction maintains a relatively close fit to the foot.

MxSG - soleplate prepared for soft grass

The MxSG designation refers to a configuration created for more demanding, soft surfaces. This is important information when purchasing, because the type of studs should match the surface on which they will be used.

• Combination of metal and cast studs

• TPU sole

• Dynamic Motion System technology

• Low-profile upper

• Classic lacing

• Formula Pack color collection

On dry, very hard surfaces, the aggressive MxSG configuration isn't the most natural choice. It offers the greatest advantage when soft ground requires deeper stud placement.

Puma and the History of Screw-In Studs

Football is one of the oldest pillars of the Puma brand. After the success of the ATOM model, Rudolf Dassler developed the design of studs with replaceable, screw-in studs. In 1952, the SUPER ATOM model began production, one of the most important milestones in the early history of Puma football footwear.

The Future 7 Play MxSG uses completely different materials and systems today, but the idea of adapting the soleplate to the conditions of the pitch remains surprisingly similar. It's a good example of a product where the brand's historical DNA truly connects with the function of a modern model.
