5-12V 20A PWM Relay Switch 1 Channel Servo Signal LED Indicate DIY Electronic Kit for Aircraft Remote Controller

Quantity : 1 High-concerned chemical : none Package : TQFP is_d : Yes Supply Voltage : 5-12V Type : Voltage Regulator Brand Name : diymore Origin : Mainland China Condition : New

Features 1. Supports only 5V voltage receivers; otherwise, module damage may occur. If receiver and servos use high-voltage systems, add a step-down module to the relay. 2. Single servo signal input controls one electronic switch; normally open terminal supports 20A current 3. Features power-on protection, simple operation, no input channel calibration required, compatible with all remote control s 4. Constructed with premium materials and open design for efficient heat dissipation 5. Versatile application: controls power on/off for various electrical devices such as navigation lights, searchlights, strobe lights, buzzers, etc.; Control camera shutters or switch between video and photo modes. Parameter Low-Voltage Version: Operating voltage 3.3V-5.5V, actual support 3.2V-5.5V High-Voltage Version: Operating voltage 5.5V-15V, actual support 4.8V-15V, compatible with most receivers Function Description: This remote switch enables remote control of electrical equipment on aircraft models via a dedicated switch channel on the transmitter. A single LED dynamically displays the current switch status in real-time, allowing quick operation without a manual. This device requires no calibration and accurately supports various transmitter s. Instructions 1. Connection Insert the signal input cable into an unused receiver channel corresponding to a switch channel on the transmitter. The power indicator illuminates when connected to the receiver. The operation indicator lights up when the switch channel is open and turns off when closed. 2. Operating Modes The red LED indicates power status; the blue LED indicates relay operation status. 3. Triggering Toggle the switch on the remote control (OFF->ON). The green LED illuminates and the relay activates. Frequently Asked Questions 1: Does the switch have an output? Answer: No output. It's a simple toggle switch. The device is powered separately; the output voltage matches the supply voltage. 2: What's the difference between an electronic switch and a relay? Answer: Both are switches. Relays support higher currents (up to 20A max). Relays handle both AC and DC, while electronic switches only work with DC. 3: Is the switch controlled by PWM duty cycle? Answer: PWM is the duty cycle. It uses RC model PWM control with a 20-millisecond cycle, where the high level lasts 1 to 2 milliseconds. 4: What is the startup signal? What is the frame rate? Answer: RC model PWM signal: 1ms to 1.3ms is state A, 1.7ms to 2ms is state B. Switching from A to B turns it on, switching from B to A turns it off. Normally open/normally closed: When the receiver sends a signal, normally open breaks and normally closed closes. 5: Why does the switch's red light stay on while the blue light is off? Answer: PWM signal terminal issue. Verify PWM output (test with a servo tester), then check if the travel range is sufficient (adjust travel to maximum and retest). 6: Can it control motor direction (forward/reverse)? Answer: No, it only controls on/off. 7: Can it control multiple channels? Answer: The switch currently supports only one channel; each channel can only control one relay's activation/deactivation. 8: I only need to switch signal lines, not power lines. Is that possible? Answer: The relay functions as a switch and can control signal lines. 9: What are the maximum voltage/current limits for the relay? Answer: Relay voltage/current limits: 20A at 24V DC, 20A at 125V AC 10: Is the relay momentary or latching? Answer: This depends on the remote control settings, not the relay itself. The relay only requires the RC PWM signal to switch the channel. Package include RC Switch *1
