Hello I received the package well, however I found pieces of broken plastic inside the bag and indeed there is a broken part and my robot cannot or malfunctions with this broken part. This is the first time I've ordered from you and I am quite disappointed. How do you plan to remedy this problem?. Attention all plastic parts touch each other in the bag which must have caused the breakage Thank you
