Unfortunately, the product does not match the item that was purchased or advertised in the provided image. The issues are as follows: The color of the product is completely different from what was shown. The design and overall style do not match the purchased product. The item received has a zipper closure instead of buttons, which is not what was advertised. Overall, the product significantly deviates from the representation shown online, and I am very unhappy with the quality and accuracy of the item received. I kindly request quick action regarding this matter and ask for either: a replacement with the correct product, or a full refund. Attached pictures and videos are provided for your reference and clearly show the differences between the advertised product and the item received. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. The worst experience I ever had. First of all, it is totally different color. I never choose such a bad and ugly item. Even the size is not appropriate. It is totally different style and color. I checked even 3 times, totally different color and style. Very bad and the quality is very bad. This is not blue. I never choose green. Even there is no white lines on the photo.I have never written such bad review and comments before, but this time I can not stop myself. I do not hesitate to spend my time to leave such a long comment so that others may not repeat my mistake. The items appear oversized and trendy in the pictures, but in reality they are very small, tight-fitting and poorly cut. The fit, style and overall appearance are significantly different from what is shown on the website. The materials and quality are also not consistent with the description and images. This issue affects all items in my order and clearly indicates that the products are not in conformity with their description and photos. I would therefore like to request a full refund. It's supposed to be a 5XL, and that's what the label says, but the jacket is much too small—it's more like an XL or, at most, a 2XL. It was for my son, who wears a 5XL. I wear a 3XL, and the jacket is even too small for me. Furthermore, it's damaged—the snap fastener is broken off. I deliberately put a white piece of paper underneath to make the damage more visible in the photos. I would like to return it for a full refund, including shipping and return postage. Perhaps you could provide me with a prepaid return label.

not authentic keen but look fine so far aside from visible glue and misspellings on the inner sole. the real test will be actually walking in them, feel decently comfortable around the house right now though. i sized down 1.5 sizes - usually i’m 39-40 but went for 38 and they fit just right and accommodate wide feet. heel strap is a bit low and may cause rubbing issues in the future but we’ll see! not bad considering the originals are £100~ and not often restocked
