Melard Women's Brown Suede Petite A-line Skirt, Plus Size, Spring & Autumn Hip-Hugging Short Skirt

I accidentally ordered size 5XL. However, on the 14th day, which was still within the return period, there was no option to select a "Return Item" button while trying to return an item. The only available option was to leave a review. In addition, the material and workmanship of the dress are very different from what was advertised. The fabric is synthetic and does not look light or flowy as shown in the photos. The actual product differs significantly from the images and does not meet expectations. OUt of total 5 items ordered (1 was not deivered (money was returned to me) and out of the rest of 4 items only 1 is according my expectations.

Jacket was ordered on 11/3/26 and finally arrived on 8/4/26 - They said delivery should be within 6-10 days. Upon checking the jacket over, I found that the hem work on the back of the jacket, around the waist band hadn't even been finished, as the photos clearly show. There were loose bits of cotton still attached to the jacket hanging off. The quality of workmanship on this particular jacket is extremely poor, and the delivery time sucked. It's going to be returned and a refund requested.

Honestly, I’m really disappointed with this dress. It looked so much better in the pictures, but when it arrived I could immediately see that the quality was not good. The material feels cheap and the stitching is messy in some places. It also doesn’t fit the way it was supposed to. I was actually looking forward to wearing it, so it’s pretty frustrating. Unfortunately, I can’t really use it and I don’t think it’s worth the price. I’d like to return it and get a full refund, please.

Need a bigger size, Was told to return this via photo, This was returned to RED Cross 12 Kirk Street, Peterhead, Aberdeenshire, AB42 1RX Order number was 5G6L6GXD Can a bigger size be sent XXL Impossible to send the photo, the website sends you round in circles, very user unfriendly and now i don't have the jacket so money down the drain, at least the goods came but after sales are non existent, so prepare to lose your money if the item is not to your satisfaction

AMAZING! Product is really good and high quality. I’m 170.18cm in height, weighs at 76kg (usually 68kg-70kg) and my usual clothes size is medium. I ordered a small size as I like my jacket to fit tightly and this hits a spot. Really love the design, though it’s not real leather, the craftsmanship is amazing. Will buy another one soon. Thank you for your amazing product

Possibly the worst purchase I’ve ever made. Item is different from the picture of the item. Colour is different, quality is terrible. Hem is squint, collar is unfinished and buttons holes are not bound. Really poor product. Took over a month to arrive and refund process doesn’t work.
