Reviews
This item should not be offered for sale to any customer. It arrived damaged beyond even any possibility of repair. Customer service promised a response within 24 hours but have since become unresponsive - that was 3 days ago. The nonresponse means the purchase has become a total loss. Therefore, buying from this site appears to be risky, especially for expensive products.
The product is different from the picture. There is no sewing on the cover, the middle part is glued. For me it doesn't feel like cotton. There is a tiny label on the cover that says 100% cotton and 100% polyester fibre. I'm surprised it is legitim to sell something without an English or local language label. My son still likes it although he finds it too warm.
These towels are beautiful and soppose to be cotton and soaking the water after the bath. But it is not feel like cotton and it does not soak the water, so absolutely not fitted to be towels. I bought 3, in diferrent orders and they all the same. I dont recommand buying them as towels.
I ordered 40x40cm and I got 38x38cm. It should be 4cm trick but it is only 3,5cm. Not near the foto. The coloured cloth stopps half way so you can see the gray part on the sides. Badly sown. I feel cheated. How can you do so nasty tings to your costomers?
Items came in and quite a few were dented, it doesn’t make un-useable but still, also they were covered in a plastic film that i could not remove by hand, i washed them in my dishwasher and was able to remove it after. Lids are very cheap plastic.
All crushed and broken. Improper packaging. Ordered the same teapot from two different suppliers in the same order. The other company used proper foam packaging and delivered unbroken teapots in the same delivery.
The product was received damaged, permanently distorted, due to the method of packing, i.e. bent (as per photos) instead of a straight cylinder. I assume that Joom will replace it,
Ordered hook top but got a grommets top. Now I have to alter the curtain myself, since I neither have the time nor the desire to send it back across the globe.
