Reviews
They deliver and allow customers to order a product that can only be used in China, and when the customer points this out, they simply say that it is mentioned in the description. The only information provided in the description is “CN version”, which I believe is not clear or meaningful enough for many customers. I also don’t understand why anyone would order such a product to any European country if it can only be used in China. It is a waste of money, a disappointment, and the result of poor and incomplete product information, as well as poor handling of customer complaints.
Very frustrating experience. I’ve been waiting so long for this bag because my daughter needs it for school, and now the courier has sent the parcel to the wrong town. I contacted the courier, and they told me to contact the merchant. However, the merchant’s chat only gives me an automated response saying I have to wait 1–2 days. I really hope this can be resolved as soon as possible. If the parcel cannot be delivered promptly, I would like a refund. It’s frustrating to pay for an item and not receive it, especially when my daughter needs it for school.
I bought two of these because the listing stated they were certified according to EU ECE standards. However, the units I received only show a Chinese CCC certification and no valid UNECE/ECE approval marking. Very disappointing and misleading for a child safety product.
Works perfectly for Switch, price is good too. BUT usb 3.0 port doesn't work with Lexar 2tb ssd, keeps in connect, disconnect loop. 2.0 port works but is slow. Looks like type c pd here only powers laptop but not the hub itself
The switches don't match the advertisement, it's Longhua, not TTC. I own same keyboard with TTC and this one feels cheaper. Reduced score to 3/5, because of this. Other than mentioned caveat, the keyboard works as expected.

What I ordered was a laptop but all I got was a plug What a scam €65.69 it must be the dearest plug 8n the world I will not be buying from Joom again and will not be recommending them.
They don't send from the backpack the lock's default combination or how to set a code. And the seller does not respond when contacted via email.
