Jooms consumer rights are a joke. I ordered this according to the size charts on the product page. It was way too big. I send refund request hassling with taking photos and stuff. Joom denies the request and demands that I *measure* the item?!? What measures do they mean? They just construct more and more loops for you to hop through until you give up. They say I also have the option to return at self-cost but provide no adress. I bought five items, all too big, all based on the item descriptions, from different vendors. So I have to fund return cost

Very qualitative material. It is not provided. It has no smell. Double-stitched very durable shoulder straps that do not cut into the shoulder. The sponge is in good shape, without defects. A little small for the D cup, but not too big. I am very very pleased.

The sizing of the products are all too small. Sized for the Chinese market not the European. Wanted an exchange but not forthcoming. Offered £15 for a £46 order as compensation. Do not use these Chinese sites as they all scam you

Size guide is incorrect. I ordered xxl after measuring myself as per the guide The swimming costume is 2 sizes too big! I'm usually a large 14, this would fit 18+. The quality is good but be careful when choosing your size.

Comfortable costume and as shown on the website. beautiful colors. The only drawback is that the mix of chosen colors did not arrive, but another one did.. Anyway, I liked it the same

The straps do not match the pictures. Specifically wanted crossed back straps. The step is 5cm too narrow. I can't wear this swimsuit
