Hello I received my little rubbers I had already ordered them and I was very happy very satisfied with their material and their composition now I will be able to put them on my new boxes that I built thank you Joom. Hello so I used my little tampons to put under my boxes to protect when I put them somewhere frankly I had already ordered some it's very good I wanted advice they are solid they are big enough they are frankly really really very good thanks again Joom👌👍👏

DO NOT ORDER AS JOOM IS IN DIFFICULTY. NO AFTER-SALES SERVICE (no email, no support, nothing. When you send an email they tell you to contact support and support does not respond. Their telephone line is cut off) I ASKED MY BANK FOR A CASHBACK (REFUND) FOR NON-DELIVERY. HOWEVER, THIS WAS MY FIFTH ORDER FOR THIS ITEM, AND MANY OTHER ORDERS. GO TO ALI. EXPRESS. IT'S MUCH MORE RELIABLE AND THERE'S MORE CHOICE.

The item arrived today. Unfortunately I can't say if it works yet, because the adapter isn't here yet. (Plug for EU was not available, so I ordered an adapter instead, so I didn't have to do without the fan) Adapter arrived today and I am very happy with the ceiling fan on my patio. So I'm well armed when the temperatures rise again to almost 40 degrees this week

😢 I was so happy to finally have the goods with me. After all, my daughter's birthday is in 2 weeks and I wanted to decorate the cake with it.. Unfortunately, the decoration arrived broken in 3 places... The goods were packed too lightly and were probably packed roughly by the mail.. 😭😭😭 It's a pity. The product itself looks nice and is well made. That's why the 3 stars.

Wooden spoon for e.g. spice jars The delivery of the product was very fast at 14 days, I ordered a package of 50 and there were exactly 50 spoons in it. They were packaged securely and none of the spoons were damaged in any way. I bought the spoons for my size spice collection. Value for money is absolutely satisfactory. I would buy again and again.

The iron arrived in a packaging that was smashed but the product was absolutely fine. It works fine it has a little switch on the cable to turn it on and off and there is a small light on the iron that turns on when the iron is on. The cable is a bit short for my liking but it's OK, I will use an extension. All in all a good purchase and I'm happy for it. 👍

In spite of rather inadequate packaging, these 4 little cuties arrived ok in NZ in 30 days. Only 1 had a bent wing, but on straightening, it did not break :-) I'll still award a 5-star rating, but, in future it would be prudent for the seller to wrap some cardboard or bubble wrap around them to give them better protection in transit.

The item is broken. I did not open the inner packaging. I can't wait long. Made and paid for a new order. For the old broken one, please refund the money. The item is broken.
