The A70 smartphone cannot be placed in the protective case; the flexible frame is too small See the photo of the received brown case in brown color The same identical previous order posed no problem see photo red color shell It's the same smartphone for both photos Strongly disappointed given the quality of the first delivery, about 6 months ago What should I do ??? I await your answer asap Cordial greetings and advance thanks for the expected solution Cordier Ch ( in copy for T.A. Brux)

I have received this order, but refused acceptance of the delivery of the mobile phone case and returned it to your address in Cologne because of the wrong color. Now I am receiving a reminder from Klarna, even though I have not had the goods for a long time.! In addition, the € 8.64 has already been paid by me due to a mix-up. Please check this matter as quickly as possible. Thank you in advance. MFG K-D Ganzenmüller

Hello My beautifull phone case has arrived finally but it is way to big !!! wrong case!! Do you have the same cover to suit my "I phone 8s" and how do I return this one please. Now I am trying to contact them and am finding it very difficult. Keep getting a scan code for my phone app. Not interested. Just want the correct case or my money back. Is there someone who can contact me via email please. Thank you.

The item looks and feels excellent … BUT ! The product designers failed to correctly align the camera porthole with the iPhone SE camera lens. Photos cannot therefore be taken with the cover in place. I had to use a hole punch to do my best to modify the camera porthole, which was difficult, ending in an untidy piece of work. I will attach a photo of my old effective Apple case and the new problem ‘Joom case'.

Hello, The product is exactly what I ordered, the only downside is that the delivery is 19 days. it is true that the product comes from China and that I am in Nice that is why I am satisfied despite everything. Finding a case for a Honor 6 x is impossible in Nice at such an advantageous price. A Hello to our Chinese friends. Yours truly. Mustapha

Good morning, I received the ordered item, but unfortunately the case does not fit my phone. The size and cutouts (buttons / camera) do not match the model for which it was ordered. It seems the product is defective or the wrong model of case was sent. Please provide information regarding the exchange or return of goods.. Thank you and I await your reply.

The product is very good it was only one little thing wrong with it there was no a hole for my flashlight on the phone even though it was the right model for my phone the Motorola e40 but somehow the flashlight hole was not punched through and that also affects my flash taking pictures at night so I have to remove the cover to do it
