It is not the color that is shown in the seller's picture "coffee". The clip I received is green-grey. But I like how it fastens. It's for hair more often. From the first attempt on the picture, the hairstyle came out a bit messy, but this can be solved, it does not consist of the clip. I would have liked the color in the picture though, it would match the hair color better.

Two pens should have arrived with their 2 accessories, they arrived incomplete, with only one tip, the other wide flat tip did not arrive in any, only one equipment works, the other is damaged. it is useless. After arriving in the country, logistics operators are delayed with the product for more than 10 days in their warehouse, poor delivery service.

Product arrived in pieces, damaged during shipping. However I was able to put it back together. Works very well. Really cools. The best ot this kind of product I have found. Simple low quality construction doesn't detract from it's functionality. Very reasonable price. I have ordered two more. I reccomend. 😀

Ridiculously small, misleading photo and ultra long delivery. Ordered well before Christmas and I received it only on February 7, I am waiting for the rest of my packages and finished Joom. Not normal to wait almost 2 months while competitors deliver in 10 days maximum
