Of two delivered handheld transmitters, one is not programmable at all. The other does not work as a replacement for newer transmitters. Can only replace transmitters from old radio-controlled sockets from the last century.. Absolute bad buy.

BROKEN So no response at all from the shop or Joom. $50.00 down the drain. Will never shop here on Joom again. One out of 4 made it. Packaging way below standard. Never a chance of making it in one piece

Hi team I cannot see the button to request an exchange on this order. This product was faulty and the inside has leaked through the side. Please see image. Let me know how I can process. Thank you.

The product itself, tried before, is excellent The present shipment was missing an item in the packaging Product arrived in pieces 3 out of 4 1 perfectly working Resting while waiting for news

In the description: warm light. Delivered: cold light. The remote control does not work. The reason is visible. After peeling off the foil, it turns out that the spacing of the buttons on the foil is different than on the board.

The light turns on but nothing works and it's different from the one I ordered! In short... a refund please !

The waiting time for the shipment was mega-long, and when the bulb finally arrived, it turned out to be damaged because the package was poorly secured.

only, size information on both u.shirts, wrong, could only give to a toddler, so I had to reorder
