Melkib Mb-0033 Pressure Controller For Dispensing Adhesives, Pastes And Sealants - Precise Application

The Melkib MB-0033 pressure controller is a compact device for precise dosing of adhesives, pastes and sealants using compressed air. Allows you to set the time and pressure of the medium feeding, ensuring repeatable doses, less waste, and a cleaner workplace – both on production lines and at manual stations.

• Digital pressure controller for dispensing adhesives, pastes, and sealants.

• Precise adjustment of dispensing time and output pressure.

• Thanks to the vacuum (suction) function, it reduces dripping from the nozzle and "pulling" of material.

• Three operating modes available: manual, timer, and cycle – easy adaptation to the technological process.

• Possibility of cooperation with a hand switch or foot pedal and integration with a table robot.

• Compact, industrial housing measuring 260 × 160 × 65 mm – convenient positioning at the workstation.

• One-year warranty if used correctly in accordance with the technical documentation.

• Production lines and assembly stations – applications requiring precise and repeatable dosing of adhesives, pastes and sealants.

• Process automation – cooperation with table robots and automated production cells.

• Laboratories and prototyping rooms – tests of gluing technology and selection of dosing parameters for new applications.

• Service and maintenance – controlled dosing of materials where the exact amount of medium per part is important.

The Melkib MB-0033 pressure controller should be stored in its original, undamaged packaging, in a dry and clean room, away from sources of heat, moisture and dust. The device should not be exposed to mechanical impact or prolonged exposure to sunlight.

Before restarting after a long period of storage, it is recommended to check the condition of the pneumatic and electrical lines and perform a short functional test.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Can I purchase the Melkib MB-0033 pressure controller separately, without the tank and valve?

Yes. The MB-0033 is sold as a pressure controller only and can work with our tanks and dispensing valves, as well as with components you already have in production. For existing installations, it is best to contact us to confirm compatibility.

What media is the MB-0033 controller suitable for?

The controller is primarily used for dispensing adhesives, sealants, and pastes, including cyanoacrylate adhesives, construction adhesives, MS polymers, and many sealing compounds. In the case of very dense media or products with aggressive solvents, we individually select the appropriate tank, valve, and hoses – therefore, for non-standard applications, it is worth consulting a technical advisor.

Will the MB-0033 work well in continuous operation, during production shifts?

Yes, the Melkib MB-0033 pressure controller is designed for industrial applications, including long-hour and shift work. It is crucial to provide it with clean, properly prepared compressed air and regularly check the operating components of the entire dosing system (air filters, hoses, dosing valve).

Is the controller complicated for the operator to operate?

No. The device has a clear panel with a single display that shows the set operating parameters. Changing the dosing time and pressure is reduced to a few buttons. During implementation, we typically conduct a short training session for operators to ensure they feel confident when changing settings.

What components are needed to build a complete dosing system with the MB-0033?

The pressure controller is one element of the entire system. For proper operation, you also need, among other things, a pressure tank for the adhesive or mass, a dispensing valve (e.g., needle valve), pneumatic lines, and a compressed air source.

In many cases, we also select nozzles and static mixers. If you describe your application, we will prepare a complete kit proposal.

Do you help select dispensing parameters for a specific adhesive and application?

Yes. In practice, this is the most common cooperation scenario – customers come with a specific task (e.g., amount of adhesive per part, cycle time, type of materials), and we select the adhesive and configure the MB-0033 controller and other accessories.

We can prepare recommendations remotely or conduct application tests in our showroom in Cieszyn.

Can I test the MB-0033 pressure controller before purchasing?

Yes. At our showroom in Cieszyn, we conduct dispensing tests using controllers, tanks, valves, and various types of adhesives. You can bring your own components, and we will help you select dispensing parameters and system configuration.
