The packaging offered no protection during transit and as such all the items were received damaged, the frames were all squashed and bent the floral foams were broken and even some of the frames were rusty. Absolutely terrible. Trying to get a refund was another struggle it is now the 28th June and it has been 4 weeks of hell. After my original email to advise I had received damaged goods my original order had disappeared from my account and customer services kept telling me to do this and that none of which worked I was being sent around in circles. Eventually I told them I had reported this to Paypal my original source of payment and suddenly today 28th June I receive an email to say my order is in my account!!!

The package arrived in 44 days! 🙏📦 The piece is made of good metal, the weight is felt! 🪙 On one side it says "Yes" and on the other "No". Now you can guess if the event will happen. ⚖️ I'm happy with the purchase ✅ What pieces do you have in your collections? ❓

Bad quality very small and it seems like they are plastic. I thought they were better like this other type in the second photo that I already had at home that seem glass and multicolored to be of this poor quality I swear they cost a small fortune damn.

Exactly as in the photo, I added small flowers because I found it a bit empty. It was a little too crushed by transport but I managed to give it a nice shape. The flowers are beautiful. I recommend this product. It held up well too!

Thanks for delivery , but sorry to say that from the whole package i 've reseved only 5 from 12 came good but still not 100% ,sure im not going to recomend this seller , because for me it 's waste of money and time especialy when i need them most

I ordered it in white, and everything looks white in the photos, but there are brown tones in it. It's a shame, I don't quite like it. Unfortunately, the pearls are falling off. It's okay for the price, but it still needs a bit of work.
