The shoes are useless. Bad quality. Not at all as described. They were supposed to be over the knee. False, much shorter. Shoddy. The soles are coming off. The sizing is small. I paid 600 PLN for 2 pairs. They are not worth even 20 PLN. It's not worth sending them back because the cost of 2 pairs is 700 PLN. I demand a refund. I'm throwing the shoes in the trash. I do not recommend buying shoes from this website. I will not buy anything from here anymore. I regret not reading the reviews before I bought the shoes. these are fkn tiny shoes more like a size 3 or 4 uk size certainly not 39 !!! Also no strap at the top with the studs just a rubbish thin strap and the heel itself even looks shorter than in the photos also the photo of what I bought dont have red underneath lije what got sent to me over all disappointed and won't be buying from room again 100% this was my 1st order and it most definitely is the only order ill ever make!!!!

I always wear a size 44 = 10 in UK size. But these were far too small...more like a size 8....so would need size 46 at least with these sizes?:I want to return and change them but can't find any way to contact your customer service?
