DanYun Insulating Heat Resistant Kapton Tape High Temperature Tape (Width

• [Product specifications] Polyimide tape Width 10mm x Length 33m x Thickness 0.06mm [2 pieces] [Characteristics] High insulation, high temperature and low temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, abrasion resistance, high abrasion resistance and tensile strength. Ideal for protecting gold-plated edge connectors on electronic boards.

• [High temperature resistance]: Short-term temperature resistance of 300℃, long-term temperature resistance of 260℃. It has excellent insulation and heat resistance, making it suitable for insulating and protecting electrical products that reach high temperatures. There is no change in electrical characteristics even if used continuously for long periods of time at high temperatures.

• [Excellent Adhesive Strength] Due to its strong adhesive strength, no adhesive is required when using it. It is highly flexible and can be pasted even on uneven surfaces. Also, no marks remain when the tape is removed.

• [Electrical insulation tape]: Kapton film can withstand continuous high heat and high voltage, is thin and has excellent adhesion, has excellent abrasion resistance and is difficult to tear. The adhesive uses a silicone-based adhesive that has excellent solvent and heat resistance, and does not leave any adhesive residue even after re-peeling.

• [Applications]: Applicable to ordinary home appliances and construction work. Uses include power, 3D printing, welding, insulated circuits, semiconductor manufacturing, high temperature powder coatings, and etching. It is especially used by electronic product manufacturing companies for surface protection, fixing, sealing, and static electricity prevention in the manufacturing process of circuit boards and parts.

Polyimide high temperature tapes exhibit an excellent balance of physical, chemical, and electrical properties over a wide temperature range. A combination of electrical, thermal, chemical, and mechanical properties provides high performance, reliability, and durability.

Product specifications Material: Polyimide polymer film Size: width 10mm, length 33m, thickness 0.06mm Maximum temperature: 250-300℃

[Product features] [Heat-resistant polyimide tape]: A tape coated with a heat-resistant silicone adhesive based on Kapton (polyimide) film, which has excellent heat resistance and chemical resistance. Heat-resistant temperature (℃): 260 "continuous", 300 "short-term". [Excellent Adhesion] Due to its strong adhesive strength, no adhesive is required when using it. It is highly flexible and can be pasted even on uneven surfaces. Also, no marks remain when the tape is removed. 【Insulation Protection】: Polyimide polymer film provides excellent heat insulation, electrical insulation, low electrolysis, tear resistance and corrosion resistance, and can be used for insulation protection and bundling of electronic equipment. [Versatility] Applicable to the insulation of transformers and electric vehicles, special electronic components, and can be used in various household and commercial projects such as electricity, 3D printing, soldering, insulation circuits, semiconductor manufacturing, high temperature powder coating, etching, etc.

[Recommended points] "High performance" A combination of electrical, thermal, chemical, and mechanical properties provides high performance, reliability, and durability. It can be applied in a wide range of cases of circuit board masking, soldering, electrical insulation, and splicing wire.

"Safety" Because it has antistatic treatment, it is ideal for temporarily fixing electronic components that are susceptible to static electricity and for heat-resistant masking.

"Transparency" Transparent type allows for project visibility and easy placement.
