Is zeer belangrijk voor de spieren en gewrichten !!
I have now tried the tablets for 3 days and found that the best effect is achieved with 2 tablets at a time in the morning and afternoon. I take them before meals and have no side effects such as nausea, tachycardia, headaches, etc. but hunger is noticeably reduced. Like any other "remedy" it only brings something parallel to a calorie reduction and more exercise. I'm really happy with the effect so far.
I like you. I took one of the pills 20 minutes before exercising and the Christmas fat went down faster than expected. However, you are quite thirsty but you also sweat twice as much. However, I would advise against taking it every day, you sweat a lot with every movement and it can, at least that's how it was for me, really increase your pulse alarmingly, there's nothing more with comfortable television 😅😅 VG 🌹🌙
Tastefully it's not good. It doesn't taste like cookies at all. Or whey for that matter. So I use it in recipes like pancakes or cakes to camouflage the taste... And that's ok. The instructions and the composition are not translated into French… Too bad, I will not buy again
It doesnt seem to be original… the container, the pills, the label outside the container does not match the original I bought a couple of years ago! I opened one of the two containers to give it a shot and keep track of the results and benefits! I’ll update this soon
If you have not used it before, I do not recommend it. It causes discomfort, nervousness, stomach pain, headache, dizziness, etc.. If you have not used before I do not recommend . Causes discomfort, nervousness, stomach pain, headaches, dizziness, etc
It arrived quite quickly. I will write more I used the pills...and I noticed that they are most effective when you exert physical effort, i.e. gymnastics. But without gymnastics the process is slower. Decreases appetite
Arrived safely. To pick up against signature at the post office. Boost effect thirty minutes after taking one capsule. I don't know how long the effect will last. A view on the long term. Thank you joom
