They deliver and allow customers to order a product that can only be used in China, and when the customer points this out, they simply say that it is mentioned in the description. The only information provided in the description is “CN version”, which I believe is not clear or meaningful enough for many customers. I also don’t understand why anyone would order such a product to any European country if it can only be used in China. It is a waste of money, a disappointment, and the result of poor and incomplete product information, as well as poor handling of customer complaints.
Very frustrating experience. I’ve been waiting so long for this bag because my daughter needs it for school, and now the courier has sent the parcel to the wrong town. I contacted the courier, and they told me to contact the merchant. However, the merchant’s chat only gives me an automated response saying I have to wait 1–2 days. I really hope this can be resolved as soon as possible. If the parcel cannot be delivered promptly, I would like a refund. It’s frustrating to pay for an item and not receive it, especially when my daughter needs it for school.
Why is a advertised adapter included that cannot be used in Germany? Due to its shape, it simply does not fit into German sockets. Furthermore, although translating from Chinese to German is certainly not easy, the fact that it is not continuously adjustable or that it automatically switches off after 20 minutes is not recognizable at first glance in the description / on the pictures, which is really bad.
