The item I received is not the same as the one shown in the order, it is a different color and does not match the product images. I also tried to return the product, but the system does not allow me to complete the process. When I enter the product code, the website sends me back to the starting point, and I keep going in circles without any solution. Very frustrating experience.

I bought my first hat, which was a Black Felt Wide Brimmed hat and although the packaging was crushed when it arrive with some careful steaming it looked great! So I ordered another, the same hat but in Beige, The quality is great. But this is not a Wide Brimmed hat, (see picture) the brim is 2/3rds narrower than the first hat... So disappointed!!

Super!!!!!! Very fine gloves. Butter-soft leather. Very cleanly sewn. Fit very well on the hand, comfortable.... I wasn't sure if I should buy them. Because of the price. Now I don't regret it at all - they are worth every cent!!!!

I received the hat, but unfortunately it arrived in poor condition. The hat was packed in a box that was too small, which caused it to be crushed and misshapen during shipping. I am very disappointed with the packaging and delivery process.

Suit not as requested. Return and refund incomprehensible and very complicated logistics. I do not recommend this site. Especially if you need to return the product

Zero stars The ad promises that the hat is made of wool. This is false; it is 100% acrylic. I have been deceived and want my money back. I am never ordering here again

Very well made and with quality! The only thing that wasn't so good was the packaging box that got a little dented during transport.. I recommend
