Unfortunately, the hard drive has failed me twice now. After installation and many updates under Windows 10, the drive was no longer recognized in the BIOS, and this happened a second time. In the meantime, the drive was visible again, and I was able to install an operating system (Linux) on it (using a different laptop), which then also crashed because the drive was no longer visible. Since I used two different computers and other drives were immediately available again after swapping them, I can very clearly state that it was the drive. I have filed a complaint but have not yet received a response, which I find very regrettable and also discourages me from ordering further items from JOOM.

So, at first, I thought that this was great. I installed it correctly. Partitioned the drive successfully and no issues. Then I tried to download to it multiple times. It reaches around 50GB used and then constantly disconnects/reconnects or simply disappears completely. I have tried everything to get it to work correctly including going through the bios, trying a different sata cable and even trying to use a different port. Nothing works. It does the same every time. Gets to 50GB used and then bottlenecks the write speeds to under 2mb/s. Couple this with the fact I purchased this on the 12th Feb and it only just arrived today (9th March) has left a negative feeling. I feel like I have been scammed. DO NOT BUY

Unfortunately, the cable doesn't work. It seems to have a defect. I can't film it, only show it via photos. When I connect the cable, the phone doesn't charge. In the top right of the picture, you can see that no charging function is active. It also doesn't work via the wall socket. Too bad, on the other hand, it's shorter than specified.

This earpiece is adaptable to both the left and right ear. The received sound is very good and the microphone is of very good quality. Very useful when you don't want to press the smartphone against your head during phone conversations, especially if the nearest relay antenna is very far away.

Unfortunately, the screen protector has the unpleasant feature that it doesn't allow you to unlock the smartphone with your fingerprint. The slightly dark color (protection against side view) isn't a good option in my opinion, as it reduces the display's brightness.

After one time describing, crash 2TB SSD drive, reactivate with x-tools no longer possible CHF 30.- into the scrap!! Shame 😪 as an IT technician it was worth a try and might have generated more revenue! Conclusion: Hands off, better to pay approx. CHF 190.-, but then it works!

Honestly, it's so cute. The quality of the part you stick/hold is standard. The flowers is bigger than a usual pop socket (to be expected), so might need some getting use to, but the design and execution is great. Good quality, stands over time (normal use).
