Product delivered without some parts, there is the pipe for cold water but not for hot water or vice versa.. the plumber told me that other small parts are also missing.. furthermore, the packaging arrived as if someone had peeled off the label!! I wasted time and money paying the plumber .. I demand a refund immediately.
