The product quality was extremely poor. Some of the items were not even packaged, and they failed to deliver my order on the promised date.. The prices were also outrageously high. I made the purchase without doing enough research, and later I discovered that I had paid almost three times more than the actual market price.. It was obvious that the products had been sitting on the shelves for a long time and had been stored carelessly. They were shipped without proper protection, so several items arrived crushed and damaged.. On top of that, the product dimensions were nothing like those shown in the photos. They were much smaller than advertised and did not fit my shirt collars at all. The product is completely different from what is shown in the pictures. This is clearly misleading advertising. It feels like a complete scam. This was, without a doubt, the worst shopping experience I have ever had.

I'll say this, don't buy these straps here. I bought them because I was forced to, as I couldn't get them anywhere else. No screwdriver. Two parts missing. Quality, wrong sizing, even a child wouldn't put them on. My only purchase in my life that was a flop. 0/10. One plus, I received it before the deadline... well done 🤷🏻

I am very disappointed. I received a completely different item. The color is correct, but a completely different leather pattern, a different buckle, a different color of the buckle, and the attachment to the watch is different.. Furthermore, I ordered two watch straps and only received one.

Good product and all as expected. Only grumble is that I ordered white stitching on a black strap with silver buckle. Ended up with black stitching on black strap with silver buckle. Minor mistake. Not sure if this is common or if I’m just unlucky.

The product I received is not as described; I ordered a completely different product. Additionally, I did not receive a full refund, which is very strange because I received the wrong product through no fault of my own.. I do not recommend this website.

Thank you for your attention, you are very good. However, I must point out that the item in question is not what I ordered. I asked for "strap for Citizen pro master", the one sent does not match.

Time will tell! Differences with my old one. This one is slightly longer and it is made completely out of plastic (except the blade of course) VERY IMPORTAND Keep in mind that blade doesn't lock open!

The phone doesn't work, I queued twice, one came working and the other damaged, I received the money back, I'm waiting for the money to come and I'm making another order, I hope this time it will be good
