Normally I don't leave reviews but I want to say a few words in this case, also to help with the purchase those who, like me, were a bit in crisis. I ordered the shoes without first checking the reliability of the site and seller well, discovering only later the rumors and the alleged unreliability of the site, as well as the dubious return policy etc, so I was a bit worried. The fact is that the shoes arrived and are perfect, the quality is perceived by holding them in your hand and wearing them, robust materials, good smell, good clean stitching, heavy…in short, original. The shoes also arrived with the certification from Poizon (an online site for product verification) and even upon a second verification, they turn out to be original. The size is perfect, the shoe probably fits slightly tight, but for me who normally wears a 43 these fit snugly and are great, if a 43 already fits snugly maybe I recommend half a size up. The shipping was incredibly fast, 10 days in total, of which once they arrived in Italy it only took 2 days to be delivered to me. So in summary quality retailer and shipping Top! I saw that there are many bad reviews and alleged fake articles, but the idea I got is that there are definitely products (the most famous ones) of which many replicas circulate and it is much easier to get scammed, whereas more niche products like this one are not replicated, or not so frequently. Therefore thank you Joom and DropZone top shoes and top service Price slightly above that of StockX but with the possibility of deferred payment so excellent

My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing, and I would strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering from them.. It has been almost impossible to contact customer service. They do not respond to emails, and their return portal does not provide an option for a standard return within the 14-day return period.. Instead, you are forced to choose options such as “the item is defective” or “I received the wrong item.” If you select one of these, you are asked to provide evidence—even if there is nothing wrong with the product and you simply want to return it. In my case, I eventually received a return address in China and paid the return shipping costs myself. I sent the shoes back exactly as instructed. However, the package was never collected by the company and was eventually returned to me. The company then claimed that I had addressed the package to myself. This is simply not true. I have clear photo evidence of both the shipping receipt and the package label showing that the return address was the one they provided. Now I am being told that I still have to pay for the shoes, even though I no longer have them. I paid to return the item, followed the instructions I was given, and have evidence to support my claim.. Based on my experience, the entire return process has been unnecessarily difficult and frustrating. I believe customers should be aware of these issues before placing an order.

I ordered the item in size 41, unfortunately they didn't fit and were too small. I therefore wanted to return them and ordered them one size larger. With any normal mail order company, a free return would have been offered in this case, as it can always happen that shoes don't fit. Not so with Joom, before they would even tell me the return address, I had to take photos of the shoes from all possible angles (see photos), then I received the address (Hong Kong!...although I don't believe that the shoes were really sent to me in Germany from Hong Kong) and it was offered to me to return the item on the condition that I do NOT send it via DHL and bear the costs (including customs duties) myself...the customs duties amount to 50 euros in this case! Upon repeated inquiry as to whether Joom could not accommodate me in this case - especially since I had already ordered a new pair in size 42 from Joom - the AI chatbot, of course, only referred to some regulations. I can therefore only strongly warn against ordering anything from Joom if you are not 100% sure that the size fits. The customer service is also abysmal. I will never order there again.
